On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a rental administrator who wants to be part of a close-knit and helpful team. This is a role for you who enjoy working with customers in combination with clear administrative tasks and who want to contribute to creating a smooth and professional experience for tenants.

About the role


As a rental administrator, you will work in a role that combines customer service and administration. You will have daily contact with customers via phone and email, assisting them with questions regarding contracts, vacancies, and terminations. The work also involves greater responsibility for administrative follow-up, reports, and monitoring.

You will, among other things:


• Handle inquiries from customers via phone and email
• Create new contracts and manage terminations
• Prepare materials for the finance department
• Monitor occupancy rates in facilities
• Report changes and discrepancies
• Work proactively and contribute to improvements in workflows and routines

The position is a consultancy solution for at least six months.

Who are we looking for


We are looking for someone with experience in customer service or administration who wants to take on a role with a greater focus on contract management. You enjoy interacting with customers and are comfortable communicating via both phone and email. You have preferably handled contracts before and are used to working in various systems.

Requirements and qualifications:


• Experience in customer service and administration
• Experience in handling contracts in customer interactions
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Good computer skills and comfort in working with different systems
• Knowledge of the Office suite is an advantage
