We at FootFlex are now looking for a driven and relationship-building Partner Manager who wants to further develop an important role in our team.

FootFlex has long helped people feel better through custom-made insoles with a unique cushioning function that keeps the foot in its natural position and restores its natural movement. Our insoles are suitable for everyone – whether you are an elite athlete, work long days on hard surfaces, or want to prevent future issues.

We collaborate with physiotherapists, naprapaths, chiropractors, and doctors, and are passionate about combining knowledge, quality, and personal service.

As a Partner Manager, you have a central role in the business where sales, relationships, and structure meet.

Responsibilities:

• Book and follow up with new and existing customers
• Contact previous customers for follow-up and upselling
• Visit and develop collaborations with our partners
• Receive and manage orders
• Invoice and pack orders
• Actively network and build relationships.

You are both the outward face and an important cog in the daily work.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is driven and self-sufficient
• Enjoys building relationships and networking
• Has experience in sales and customer meetings
• Is organized and structured
• Thrives on combining social meetings with administrative tasks. It’s a plus if you are interested in the body's function and physics – but it’s not a requirement. We welcome applicants from various industries as long as you have a genuine sales drive and enjoy working closely with customers.
