We are looking for someone who wants to gain practical experience in sales and customer contact within B2B, in an environment where a lot is happening and where you can really make an impact.
We are a growing staffing company that is currently expanding our areas of operation. Previously, we have mainly worked with staffing in transport, IT, and moving, but recently we have also started assisting companies in other industries – everything from workshops to industrial companies.
As an intern with us, you will:
Be involved in contacting companies (via phone and email) to tell them about our staffing services.
Learn how to build relationships and trust with customers.
Assist with the administrative parts of sales, such as following up contacts and updating customer lists.
Gain insight into the staffing industry and how the collaboration between client, consultant, and staffing company works.
Be involved in recruitment processes, reviewing CVs, and attending interviews.
You will work closely with the department manager, who also works with customer contacts, recruitment, and everything in between. Here you will get the chance to see how a company operates behind the scenes – and at the same time grow in your role as a salesperson.
