Welcome to the field of Imaging and Functional Medicine!

The area consists of the Radiology Department, Mammography Department, Physiology Clinic, and Nuclear Medicine. We have approximately 140 employees in the area who perform about 120,000 imaging and functional medical examinations per year. Among us are radiologists, clinical physiologists, radiology nurses, biomedical analysts, nurses, sonographers, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, hospital physicists, and medical engineers.

We are now looking for a business developer for 50% combined with clinical or other work in the area. Currently, there is one business developer working at 50% in the area.

You will report to the operations manager and be part of the management team for the area. Currently, the team consists of the operations manager, 4 unit managers, an economist, an HR consultant, and a medically responsible physician.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a business developer, you will support the area’s operations manager and unit managers, assist in the units' improvement efforts, and drive projects in collaboration with the relevant managers. You will map the operations and make necessary compilations, participate in production and capacity planning, and contribute to quality and improvement work, among other things.

Your job will include participating in meetings—both digital and physical. You will have many internal contacts within the region and its support functions, as well as external contacts such as IVO, SKR, and quality registers.

Examples of specific tasks may include:

• You will assist in preparing documentation for patient safety issues and act as deviation coordinator. You will compile and analyze the units' deviations, handle Lex-Maria cases, IVO cases, and conduct event analyses.
• You will prepare reports, such as monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as investigations, both internally and nationally.
• You will follow up on actions in the area management related to the operational goals.
• The position includes conducting environmental monitoring and collaborating with business developers internally within Region Jämtland Härjedalen and externally.

A licensed profession in healthcare is an advantage. We would like you to have training in quality development and be accustomed to working with process mapping, project management, flows, and facilitation.

We work in several different systems, including Sectra's RIS/PACS, Office 365, QlikSense, Cosmic, Stratsys, Centuri, Platina, etc. Experience with these systems is an advantage. Training in these systems is offered continuously.
