About the job

You will work with handling payments to and from individuals and companies that the system supports cannot handle automatically, registering recipient accounts, as well as bookkeeping and return management. The section is responsible daily for the Tax Agency's payment pathways.

The liquidity operations at the Tax Agency are in the midst of a major transformation journey, both in terms of optional development and statutory changes, so our officers need to be adaptable and flexible. You will carry out your work promptly with high quality based on laws, regulations, and guidelines. In your work, you will depend on and have contact with internal support functions as well as with banks, companies, and individuals.

You will receive an introduction and support from a supervisor who will initially help you plan and carry out your work, and then independently drive your tasks in collaboration with others. You will encounter various types of cases and continuously broaden your knowledge within our operations. We have flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely up to two days a week based on the needs of the organization. It is essential for us that you have a balance between work and leisure.

You will belong to one of the Tax Agency's two liquidity sections, located in Östersund.

In this job, you should:

You should also have:

• a university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in finance or an equivalent KY/YH education in finance
• current work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration
• experience working with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Outlook.

Good to know

The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security assessment with background checks according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
