Brattberg School offers the closeness and safety of a smaller school in a fantastic outdoor environment. The school accommodates students from preschool class up to and including grade three. The school has a total of about 135 students, and many of our students are enrolled in the after-school program.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a teacher in after-school care/after-school educator for work in the after-school program. The job responsibilities include being able to independently plan, implement, and evaluate your work, while seeing collaboration as a prerequisite for the development of the operation. In addition to working in the after-school program, the position also includes work during recess, participating in certain lessons as support for groups or individual students, and possibly conducting your own teaching based on interest and competence. We expect you to have clear pedagogical leadership and be flexible in finding solutions in situations that may be challenging. You are self-driven, responsible, and have the ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are well acquainted with the curriculum goals and with using digital tools as a natural part of the operation. You have a good ability to see all students' unique needs from different perspectives and the ability to find the solutions that best suit each individual student or group.

Qualifications

• We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in after-school care
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in the Swedish language
