Arboga Municipality Invests in a Modern Primary School

Arboga Municipality is investing in a modern primary school that meets the demands of today and the future. The new school, which is being built next to the current Gäddgård School, will offer classrooms for all grades, adapted primary education, a full-sized sports hall, and artistic decoration in both the premises and outdoor environment. The new school is expected to be ready for occupancy in the first half of 2026, with the school year starting in the autumn term of the same year.

Job Responsibilities

The work will involve teaching in grades 7-9 of primary school as well as adapted primary education, guidance, planning, and value-based work according to the curriculum. Working as a teacher is about constantly developing based on the students we meet. It’s about capturing students' interests and creating challenging teaching from that. It also involves documenting students' learning to enable their chances of reaching their goals.

Qualifications

We are looking for a certified teacher with the qualifications to teach music. You are confident in your pedagogical leadership. As a person, you create trust, are a role model, and build relationships with students and their guardians. For you, collaboration is a given both in planning and in sharing knowledge and experiences.

Conditions

Temporary position, full-time from 2026-08-10 to 2027-06-16 or as agreed upon based on necessary decisions.

Monthly salary. Individual salary setting applies.
