Arboga Municipality is investing in a modern primary school that meets the demands of today and the future. The new school, which is being built next to the current Gäddgård School, will offer home classrooms for all grades, an adapted primary school, a full-size sports hall, and artistic decoration in both indoor and outdoor environments. The new school is expected to be ready for occupancy in the first half of 2026, with the school year starting in the autumn term of the same year.

Job Responsibilities

The work will involve teaching in grades 7-9, mentoring, planning, and value-based work in accordance with the curriculum. Working as a teacher is about constantly developing based on the students we meet. It is about capturing students' interests and creating challenging teaching from that. It also involves documenting students' learning to enable their chances of reaching their goals.

Qualifications

We are looking for a certified teacher with the authority to teach mathematics and one or more science subjects. You are confident in your pedagogical leadership. As a person, you create trust, are a role model, and build relationships with students and their guardians. For you, collaboration is a given both in planning and in sharing knowledge and experiences.

Conditions
