VINS is a small organization that has been around since 1998. We offer preschool, grades F-3 with age-integrated classes, and after-school care. Our preschool and school are located in a scenic area next to Bäckby Park. We are close to a fantastic playground, forest, and library.

We are a multicultural school where we actively work with values and language development to create a safe, inclusive, and educational environment for all our students.

As a teaching assistant with us, you will provide support to individual students during the school day - both in learning situations and in social contexts. You will receive good support through close collaboration with the responsible teacher and student health services.

Job Responsibilities:

As a teaching assistant, you will:

- work closely with a student who needs extra support

- assist in teaching according to the teacher's planning

- support during transitions, breaks, and other moments throughout the school day.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

- is a qualified teaching assistant

- is calm, clear, and can build good relationships

- has the ability to adapt to the student's needs and daily condition

- can collaborate well with colleagues

- is responsible and confident in your role

It is an advantage if you have experience working with children with NPF, language development methods, or experience in school, after-school care, or other educational activities.

Conditions: The position is a fixed-term employment for the spring term of 2026, with a possibility of extension for the autumn term of 2026.
