About the Assignment

You will be responsible for regular tasks in a work team together with a colleague.

About the Preschool

The preschool has two departments located in different premises, but they often collaborate. The outdoor environments are large with various play areas. The older children eat lunch in the dining hall while the younger ones eat in their department.

About the School

In addition to preschool, there is also a school for grades F-6 and an after-school program.

The premises have access to a gymnasium for the preschool as well. We also have craft rooms, a kitchen, and a dining hall.

The forest is just a stone's throw away and thus becomes one of the preschool's everyday play and learning environments.

Your Profile

You are a person who finds it easy to collaborate, is flexible, works solution-focused, and has a burning interest in children's well-being, development, learning, and play. You see the outdoor environment as one of the preschool's play and learning environments, and you have a genuine interest in the preschool's profile towards sports, nature, and outdoor life.

As we are a free preschool and a small unit, we see that you are a driving person who wishes to be involved in influencing and developing the operations positively, together with the principal, colleagues, and the owner. You need to be prepared to cover for colleagues when necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements

- It is preferred that you are a qualified preschool teacher or have experience in the profession.

- Work experience is highly meritorious.

- You need to be engaged, flexible, and solution-focused.

- Good collaboration skills with both colleagues and guardians.

- It is an advantage if you have experience in outdoor education and/or if you have been (or are) a sports leader or similar.

- You should have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Position

The position is 100%. Vacation employment. Individual salary setting.

Fixed-term employment. The substitute position will commence upon agreement, but probably in March.
