The Operation

Klockarberg School in Skinnskatteberg is beautifully located in the village right next to the church with a view of Lake Nedre Vättern. Klockarberg School is the municipality's only primary school/adapted primary school and has about 400 students in grades F - 9. Within the school area, there are after-school care, a sports hall, a library, and a cultural school. The goal is to create a safe school with a holistic view and a common value base for parents and students from the time the student starts preschool until they finish grade 9. The school should be characterized by an open and good working climate where students and teachers thrive together. The municipality's smaller size means that decisions are close at hand and the opportunity to influence the development of the operation is great.

Job Description

We are now looking for substitutes for grades F - 9, both for teachers and as resources. Daily tasks include planning, implementing, evaluating, and ensuring a high-quality educational operation that creates coherence for the students' entire school day.

Qualifications

You have some form of pedagogical education and are attentive and flexible as each workday can look different depending on the needs of the day. You find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both students and other colleagues.

Personal Qualities

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and abilities and see that you are communicative and have an easy time building relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are structured in your teaching and a good leader in the classroom. You have a good understanding of people's different conditions for absorbing knowledge and communicate in a clear way.

Working Hours/Duration

Hourly substitutes as needed with start date according to agreement. A criminal record check must be presented before employment. Interviews may be conducted on an ongoing basis.
