Your tasks

You will be responsible for teaching students in wood and metal crafts for about 60% of your time and another subject for 40%. In your role, you will be part of a small and well-knit team with engaged colleagues where collaboration is our strength. You have an important task in ensuring the quality of your teaching and contributing to its development. As an important part of our team, you play a central role in creating a well-functioning and positive school environment at Blåsboskolan.

Your qualifications

We are looking for a certified primary school teacher with the qualification to teach wood and metal crafts. You have knowledge regarding the handling of tools and machines relevant to the teaching, and you also possess good digital skills. We prefer that you have previous experience teaching in primary school, preferably as a teacher in wood and metal crafts. If you are also qualified in another subject, that is an advantage.

you are confident and secure in your teaching role. You are eager to contribute new ideas and work independently based on our shared vision and goals. In this role, it is important that you have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others. You strive to create accessible learning environments and understand that all students have different conditions and learn in different ways.

Before you can be employed, you need to present an approved extract from the police's criminal record.

In connection with the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a personal certificate along with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, the EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
