JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to be part of driving the development of high-quality education for our youngest children?

We are now looking for an engaged and innovative quality developer for our preschools, with a clear mandate to support the operations in systematic quality work, guidance, and pedagogical documentation. Are you solution-oriented, responsible, independent, flexible, and easy to collaborate with others? Then this could be a role for you!

The position is a project employment and will be part of the municipality's collective support functions for preschools together with a language educator and IT coordinator.

As a quality developer, you will work closely with both management and work teams to develop and ensure the quality of preschool education and teaching.

• Drive and develop the systematic quality work in the preschool together with the principal and work teams.
• Support and guide work teams and educators in pedagogical documentation, create structure for planning and reflection. Analyze and make visible the children's learning and development.
• Challenge and inspire the pedagogical thinking of work teams.
• Act as a pedagogical sounding board and guide in daily work.
• You will co-create the development of routines, professional development initiatives, and structures that benefit both children's learning and educators' professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS

University education with a focus on preschool/pedagogy

Experience in preschool operations, quality work, and pedagogical development

Experience in guidance, pedagogical documentation, and analysis of learning processes

Good ability to reflect, analyze, and inspire development

A strong interest in collegial learning as well as research and evidence-based development

Meritorious for the position is:

• Very good Swedish in speech and writing. Experience with: Office 365 and Unikum.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
