Operations Planner Wanted

We are now looking for operations planners who want to help shape the future of operations planning in a newly established role that offers opportunities for change and development.

You will play an important role in our efforts to find digital solutions to improve our operations planning and ensure effective staffing.

The Role of Operations Planner with Us

As an operations planner, you have a central mission to ensure effective and qualitative planning of approved and ordered services to meet both the needs of the organization and the care recipients. We actively work to find digital solutions to improve our operations planning, and you will play an important role in this work. In this role, you will work closely with managers, care staff, staffing planners, and staffing controllers to optimize resource use and ensure a positive work environment.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate services based on the care recipient's needs, considering geographical location, personnel resources, efficiency, and productivity
• Use planning systems to create effective planning that promotes quality, economy, and work environment
• Follow up on planned services by analyzing statistics and key figures, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting measures
• Be a support for unit managers and care staff in matters related to planning and staffing
• Contribute to developing routines and working methods that strengthen a data-driven, user-friendly, and sustainable staffing process
• Ensure that care recipients receive the right services at the right time through structured planning and communication with all parties involved

The role may evolve over time as the unit is under development.

Your Profile

As a person, you are communicative, flexible, and service-oriented, with the ability to see the flow and value in your work, as well as create and maintain good relationships with many contact points. You are an initiator who sees opportunities in changes and drives your work forward with a responsible and effective approach. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed secondary education
• Relevant experience in similar assignments with a focus on planning
• Experience working with digital planning tools

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working with automation of digital planning tools
• Experience in leadership
• Experience in change management

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent full-time position (37h/week) with placement according to agreement. Weekend work is included in the position.
