Talent Acquisition Partner for the Media Industry

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on behalf of our client. The assignment is full-time with an immediate start and runs until June with a chance of extension. You will report to the Head of Talent & Development and be operationally led by the Team Lead. You will work closely with the TA team, HR, and managers in the organization. The team is small, engaged, and characterized by strong trust and collaboration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for all parts of the recruitment process – from initiation to signing. You will work closely with hiring managers and act as an advisor and sounding board throughout the process. Depending on the needs of the business, you will set up a sustainable and quality-assured process that holds all the way. Within the recruitment team, it is crucial that you are flexible and have the ability to independently drive and coordinate your work.

You will manage several parallel recruitments simultaneously, at different stages, and have a wide range of roles. Work distribution will be done in dialogue with the team, and new processes will be added continuously. Furthermore, you will be involved in organizing and representing at various internal and external events.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has work experience in recruitment and managing the entire process from start to finish
  • Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
  • Has a completed university degree in a relevant field

  • Have previous experience in internal recruitment

Our Recruitment Process

We apply ongoing selection and will take down the advertisement when enough candidates have reached the final stages of the recruitment process. When applying, a CV is requested. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the position and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
