Doktor.se is looking for positive and proactive individuals for our vaccination bus. The bus will visit pre-booked locations to vaccinate against tick-borne encephalitis (TBE), shingles, and basic protection against diphtheria, whooping cough, and tetanus. You will welcome and inform customers about TBE and basic protection vaccinations outdoors.

Job Responsibilities

The job involves taking on multiple roles. You will drive the bus from the depot to the designated location for the day. As an informant, you will interact with customers, provide information about the vaccines, and handle the administrative work related to the vaccinations, such as payments. The work is largely independent, but the role also requires a high level of teamwork as you will be working with varying colleagues during the period.

The position has a certain sales function. You will report to your immediate supervisor or on-call manager.

Examples of job responsibilities include:

• Inventory and check stock of consumables in the bus and depot

• Set up advertising signs, payment stations, flags, etc.

• Drive and maintain the bus (cleaning and basic tidying)

• Handle card payments with a card machine and Swish

• Assist customers in filling out health declarations and vaccination cards

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is outgoing and social and is driven by meeting people. To succeed in this job, we believe you are also responsible and solution-oriented.

• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• You understand the importance of vaccinations and want to contribute to disease prevention

• You can independently take initiative and solve various problems that may arise

• You are organized and structured as planning for work shifts requires some logistical work

• You have a good ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• You have good driving experience and a manual B driver's license and can drive a smaller motorhome (B license).

It is an advantage if;

• You have previous healthcare experience and experience in sales and/or service.

Additional Information

Seasonal period: April-August

Scope: General fixed-term employment, approx. 6-20 hours/week. Working hours vary depending on location. Work occurs during the day, Monday-Sunday.

Salary: Hourly wage plus OB and occupational pension according to collective agreements.
