The Health and Care Administration provides service, support, care, and assistance to the elderly and people with disabilities, as well as being responsible for authority exercise according to current legislation. The administration operates within elderly care, LSS, social psychiatry, health care, family support, and authority exercise. All work is performed with the resident in focus based on the values of; respect, participation, trust, and security. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In preparation for the new social services law, we need to add new competencies in employment services. Therefore, we are looking for 2 new colleagues. We seek individuals who take initiative, start activities, and work purposefully. With us, you will work as a supervisor in employment services, where a supervisor's role is to be able to use oneself as a working tool. This requires good self-awareness, sufficient knowledge to maintain a professional approach, and the ability to build a good relationship with individuals. Through competence, commitment, and creativity, you will find solutions and methods that develop the operations. Since employment services are variable, you need to be flexible and prepared for your assignment to change based on needs. You must also have good initiative and communicate constructively.

You will work as part of a team and circulate at various stations within employment services, including the store Återbruket, the meeting place Träfflokalen, the activity house Aktivitetshuset, and the recycling center Återvinningscentralen. You have a good ability to collaborate but are also self-driven in our various operations. We are looking for an engaged and structured supervisor who is passionate about making a difference. As a supervisor, you have knowledge of acting according to the laws and regulations that govern the operations. Since the life situations of the target group can change significantly, you need to be flexible and solution-focused.

You have a positive view of people, patience, a professional approach, and a genuine commitment to the assignment. It is important to be flexible in the operations and within the workgroup. You have good collaboration skills and are helpful, but also have the ability to work independently. You have a positive attitude that means you want to work together with the team to improve the operations and make the work environment as good as possible. You are solution-oriented and have the ability to organize and plan your work and to carry out what you have started. As a supervisor in employment services, you will assist in social psychiatry's housing support as needed.

Together with your supervisor colleagues in employment services, you will work methodically and continuously follow up on the work with your colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in psychiatry, treatment, or educational work is required for the role.

You should have a post-secondary education in social or educational work. We prefer that you are a social educator, treatment educator, support educator, or have another post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent. By post-secondary education, we mean YH education, college, or university.

It is preferable that you have training in SE, SED, or IPS. You have documentation obligations, which require you to express yourself well in writing in Swedish. You should have extensive work experience with the target group of social psychiatry, as we prepare for the transition to the new social services law. You should be involved and contribute to this preparation.

A valid driver's license B/manual is also a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
