We are looking for a senior IT security specialist for an assignment in the public sector, focusing on establishing a comprehensive and operationally adapted IT security framework. The goal is to strengthen internal governance through a comprehensive framework that harmonizes with applicable legislation and national guidelines, as well as integrates with existing governing documents.

You will work closely with the organization's information security coordinator, contributing structure, quality assurance, and practical applicability in the developed governing documents and guidelines.

• Conduct a comprehensive current state analysis of the current practices in IT security.
• Identify and compile relevant requirements from legislation, national guidelines, and internal needs.
• Develop a structured and quality-assured IT security framework.
• Create overarching governing documents and guidelines that support uniform application.
• Ensure integration with existing governing documents and practices.
• Continuously collaborate with key personnel for anchoring and quality in deliveries.

• Documented and senior experience in IT security work within the public sector
• Experience working with established security frameworks
• Technical platform knowledge
• Experience in requirement specification within IT security

• Good knowledge of security protection
• Certifications such as CISM and in data protection
