Aimplan is growing, and we are now looking for a Power BI Specialist. In this key role, you will work closely with our consulting partners and our customers to help them implement Aimplan and expand Microsoft Power BI with exciting new features.

As part of our Partner and Customer Success Team, you will be a driving force in the company with responsibility for the entire “Order-to-Success” process. Your mission is to help partners and customers create powerful Power BI and Aimplan solutions that customers truly appreciate and love to use.

Your responsibilities include two main parts:

• Onboarding new sales and consulting partners to Aimplan's partner program. Ensuring that the partner has the right knowledge and skills to effectively implement Aimplan in Power BI for their customers. This includes being actively involved in a new partner's first project and continuously supporting partners and their customers to build long-term relationships.
• Working directly with our key customers as a Power BI and Aimplan specialist, providing both support and implementation services.

Main tasks

• Create and deliver training, webinars, and documentation tailored to different target groups.
• Conduct training and Q&A sessions for customers and partners.
• Support the sales organization and provide advice in customer and partner meetings.
• Manage support cases in close collaboration with the development team.
• Deliver consulting services by building solutions in Power BI.
• Lead follow-up and status meetings to ensure successful implementation projects.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Practical experience in developing Microsoft Power BI models, including report design, DAX, data modeling, and Power Query. Experience as a Power BI consultant is a plus.
• A service-oriented approach.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent English in both spoken and written form.
