YOUR NEW JOB

Do you want to help develop and streamline processes within the social services' areas of operation? Are you a structured and pedagogical system administrator with an interest in digitalization and the development of smart working methods? Then you might be the right person for us! As a system administrator, you have a versatile role where you work both operationally and strategically to ensure that our operational system functions optimally. This can involve everything from troubleshooting to user support, managing permissions, and driving development work. You are a bridge between technology and operations and play an important role in future development.

YOUR COMPETENCE

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in areas such as IT, system administration, or behavioral science with a focus on IT environments. We are also open to other post-secondary education that is considered equivalent. It is a plus if you have experience in system administration or system management. You need to have a good understanding of how technology and operational processes are interconnected and a strong interest in digitalization and the development of system support.

We also wish that you have some form of experience and knowledge from social work or care services, as the role requires you to combine technical competence with an understanding of the operations. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of the social services' assignments, working methods, and regulations and what this may mean from a system administrator's perspective and field of work.

Regardless of your background, we believe it is important that you have a genuine interest in how digital solutions can strengthen and simplify work, and that you are interested in further developing with us. You have the ability to take a holistic perspective on things, but also to analyze and break down problems to find solutions. Since part of your role involves supporting and educating colleagues in your area, it is important that you enjoy mentoring others with the help of pedagogical tools. The work is varied, and you need to be able to adapt when conditions change. You also need to have a very good ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing.

You will belong to the social sector and be managed directly by the operations manager. Within the social sector, there is care and support, authority exercise, and open care. Here, the department's administration is also gathered.
