About the position

In the role of administrator, you will work independently with many points of contact. You will be able to contribute your technical knowledge, for example, by discussing which RAM or processor is most suitable for the order.

You will be employed as a consultant by us at Academic Work, and if all parties are satisfied with the collaboration, there will eventually be opportunities for direct employment with our partner depending on your technical competence.

Responsibilities

You will, for example, work with:

  • Managing orders for technical materials, such as phones and computers
  • Coordinating orders internally and with suppliers
  • Managing costs internally with the choice of cost center and accounting

We are looking for someone who

  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form as communication occurs in both languages
  • Has at least one year of work experience in administrative tasks
  • Has a strong interest in technology with a focus on telephony & computers
  • Has very good computer skills and quickly adapts to new systems and programs like Excel
  • Can and wants to work on-site with our partner in Umeå as no remote work is possible

It is a plus if you have

  • In-depth knowledge of telephony and technology, such as RAM and processors
  • Work experience in finance, for example, handling accounting and cost centers
