About the role As an ERP Specialist, you will be part of our Business System team within the ICT department – a group of experienced ERP and BI specialists who share knowledge and support each other.

You will play a key role in understanding, managing, and further developing our business processes and the systems that support after-sales and distribution. The work involves being a support to the business, both in a supportive role and in streamlining and standardizing the use of business systems, applications, and integrations, as well as working on development.

Together with colleagues in ICT and the business, you will create solutions that contribute to our processes functioning smoothly and efficiently – both today and in the future.

Who are you? You thrive in the intersection of system knowledge and business and have the ability to see how systems and processes interact.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience.

• Several years of experience with ERP systems and system management.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Field Service systems.

• Familiarity with after-sales processes, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

You are proactive and enjoy driving improvements in your area. At the same time, you have a good structure in your work and the ability to communicate clearly with different parts of the business. You are solution-oriented and service-minded – you listen, understand needs, and find ways forward together with others.
