We are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to take a key role in our delivery team. In the role of project manager, you are responsible for maximizing the benefits our customers gain from our products and services. In practice, this often means helping customers get started with our solutions in our product suite for e-governance. The products include support for managing public documents, committee administration, digital meetings, integration, and secure login/signature. Your main task involves project management for the implementation of our products. If you also have knowledge in archiving, committee administration, or similar, there is also the opportunity for assignments in business development, training, and operational support. Since our customers are geographically spread across the country, you will sometimes be traveling and building close relationships with our customers, but most of the time you will meet customers remotely via Teams or other tools.

Your experiences

You are driven by the desire to digitize and streamline public operations. You have high social competence and good IT skills, as well as experience in leading projects. You are a team player who enjoys making new contacts and working in the intersection between business and IT. You are a good communicator in both speech and writing and have a genuine interest in learning new things. Furthermore, you are meticulous and structured, but also analytical. It is advantageous if you have worked according to a project management methodology such as PPS or equivalent, preferably in the implementation of IT systems. If you also have experience with Ciceron e-archive, Ciceron Document & Case Management, or similar, that is an extra plus but not a requirement. We have an open and positive mindset, which we will also value in you. The role primarily requires that you have a strong drive to help our customers, a high level of engagement and motivation, combined with being structured and persistent.
