Description

Dorotea Municipality is looking for a temporary IT Coordinator for the Education and Development activities and the IT unit.

Your tasks

The work involves maintenance and support of both hardware and software for the Education and Development activities. Some administrative tasks may also occur. You plan and carry out your work independently but collaborate closely with principals, employees, and IT unit staff. Your tasks may include, based on your experiences and knowledge:

• Support for employees and students in IT-related issues.
• Manage contacts and permissions in the systems used by the activities.
• Conduct risk and impact analyses of external systems.
• Participate in the implementation of e-services for the activities.
• Administer Google Educate for primary school students and staff.
• Inventory of the municipality's IT equipment and software.
