About the role As an IT Operations Engineer with us, you will be a central part of our operations team. You will work broadly with operations, troubleshooting, administration, and security – both in our own cloud platform and in our customers' IT environments. You will help ensure that INSIKT always delivers high performance, security, and availability.

Examples of tasks • Operations of INSIKT in our private cloud • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of INSIKT in customer environments • Server operations on the Windows platform – maintenance, patching, and monitoring • Setup, optimization, and administration of MS SQL instances • Actively work with IT security and compliance with relevant standards • Develop routines and processes for our operations environment • Support colleagues and contribute to the team's skills development

Who you are We are looking for someone who is service-minded and values delivering high quality. We believe you have a few years of work experience in server operations, system administration, or similar and would like you to have: • Experience with Windows Server and IIS • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server • Good understanding of cybersecurity • Generally good knowledge of IT and network technology It is a plus if you have previous experience with: • System hardening and security work • Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth • Linux
