We are currently looking for a Customer Technical Support for an exciting opportunity at Telia! This is a six-month assignment with possibilities for extension or direct hire to the client. About the Department

The division you will be working in is responsible for the group's work on promoting innovation within the company and finding ways to develop within "New generation Telco". The department handles cases within IoT (Internet of Things) and Smart Public Transport (SPT), which includes new, revolutionary technology in buses, trams, trains, other vehicles, as well as smart buildings.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

• Experience in technical support, service desk, or other customer-facing roles.
• Basic technical understanding of IT environments and systems.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Structured and organized – capable of handling multiple cases in parallel.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented with a professional attitude.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge with others.
• Pedagogical and clear in your communication.
• Independent, responsible, and follows established processes and routines.
• Eager to learn new technologies and working methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in 1st line support or service desk.
• Experience supporting in a B2B environment.
• Experience with case management systems.
• Basic knowledge or experience with Linux environments.
• Interest in technology, IoT, or digital services.
