We are currently looking for a Customer Technical Support for an exciting opportunity at Telia! This is a six-month assignment with possibilities for extension or direct hire to the client. About the Department

The division you will be working in is responsible for the group's work in promoting innovation within the company and finding ways to develop within "New generation Telco". The department handles cases within IoT and Smart Public Transport (SPT), which includes new, revolutionary technology in buses, trams, trains, as well as other vehicles and smart buildings.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

• Experience in technical support, service desk, or other customer-facing roles.
• Basic technical understanding of IT environments and systems.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Structured and organized – able to handle multiple cases in parallel.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented with a professional attitude.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge with others.
• Pedagogical and clear in your communication.
• Independent, responsible, and follows established processes and routines.
• Eager to learn new technologies and working methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in 1st line support or service desk.
• Experience supporting in a B2B environment.
• Experience with case management systems.
• Basic knowledge or experience with Linux environments.
• Interest in technology, IoT, or digital services.
