System Administrator for the Social Office

The social office's operations are heavily dependent on purposeful and reliable operational systems in daily work. As a system administrator, you have a central role in ensuring that the systems support the needs of the operations, maintain good quality, and contribute to efficient working methods. You work closely with the operations, collaborate with support functions and suppliers, and are an important part of the ongoing work with management and development of system support.

YOUR ROLE

As a system administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that the social office's IT systems support the operations in the best possible way. You and your colleagues are the cohesive link between the needs of the operations, the municipality's IT department, and other suppliers.

A large part of your work involves ongoing management, maintenance, and quality assurance of the social office's IT systems, such as Procapita/Lifecare, Lifecare coordinated planning, and Intraphone. You also provide system support to the operations through systems support and user manuals, as well as perform user and access administration.

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone with a suitable higher education or experience that the employer deems equivalent. You should preferably have experience in systems support, system administration, or similar tasks.

Experience working within municipal health and medical care (HSL) or social services (SoL/LSS) is an advantage. We primarily see experience from municipal HSL operations as particularly relevant for the assignment. Regardless of the operational area, you have insight into the operational systems used in the operations and thus an understanding of how the systems are used in daily work and what requirements are placed on documentation and information management.

To succeed in the assignment, you need to have a good understanding of systems. We believe you are best suited for the role if you are meticulous, structured, and service-oriented, and enjoy providing support and guidance to users. You have a good ability to meet users with patience and clarity and feel comfortable solving problems.

The assignment means that you need to be able to prioritize cases and tasks independently while also being able to collaborate easily with others.

You express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish, are comfortable with digital tools and operational systems, and take responsibility for your tasks. You document in a structured manner and contribute to order and quality in the unit's work.

YOUR NEW WORKPLACE

You will be part of the systems unit at the social office, which works within Economics and quality development in the central staff. The unit provides support to the operations in economics, quality, and development, and works systematically with management, security, and development.

The workplace is located in modern, activity-based premises in the City Hall. Possibility for remote work exists when it suits the assignment.
