We are looking for a responsible person for timber flows & administration who wants to take a holistic approach to systems, flows, and processes in a business where the forest meets industry. About the role
In this role, you will have a broad assignment where you combine operational responsibility with development work. You will be the hub between systems, finance, logistics, and production, ensuring that timber flows, measurement data, and reconciliations work efficiently and correctly. You will also be an important support for users in the organization and actively contribute to improvements and smarter working methods.
Your main responsibilities
- System responsibility for VIOL
- Monitoring, control, and analysis of timber and raw material flows
- Management and follow-up of by-products
- Financial reconciliations, reporting, and quality assurance of data
- Process development, improvement work, and internal support
Your background
You have relevant education or experience in forestry, timber supply, logistics, or industrial administration. You are used to working in ERP/business systems, have a good understanding of systems, and enjoy working data-driven.
If you have experience from sawmills, pulp mills, or forestry companies, as well as working in VIOL, VACS, Visma, or similar systems, we see this as a great advantage.
Languages
- Swedish – fluent in speech and writing
- English – good knowledge
- Additional languages are a merit, especially German
