About the Role

As a Service Technician, you will work with IT support on-site at the customer's location. The role requires flexibility, service-mindedness, and a comfort in meeting people and solving problems in a varied everyday environment. The assignment involves travel with overnight stays.

The team currently consists of two service technicians, and this position is an expansion of the team.

In the role, you will initially have a clear focus on PCs, which means you will work practically with computer-related tasks at the customer's site. The focus is on creating stability, quality, and a good customer experience through structured work and on-site service.

In the long term, there is an opportunity for skill development for those who want to broaden their role. You can also develop towards more IT-related tasks and assignments, such as installation work, account management, printers, software, as well as simpler troubleshooting within hardware and software, and at a later stage, more advanced cases.

The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. Requirements include fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

Who Are You?

You have a genuine interest in IT and technology, good communication skills, and a desire to provide first-class service. To be successful in the role, we believe you are curious and unafraid of challenges.

If you have previously worked as a technician, are fluent in Swedish and English, and hold a B driver's license, we believe you have the right qualifications to match the role.
