About Evity

Evity is a modern HR system for small and medium-sized enterprises. Our vision is “Simpler HR. For everyone.” We are building a tool that makes HR work structured, efficient, and easy to understand – for managers, HR, and employees. All development takes place close to our customers with a focus on user-friendliness, security, and smart functionality.

We are now looking for a UX designer who wants to take overall responsibility for how Evity is experienced, used, and developed.

Your role

As a UX designer with us, you will be the hub between users, product, and development. You will work through the entire design process – from insights and concepts to finished interfaces in production.

You will, among other things:

• Drive the UX work from needs analysis to finished solution
• Conduct user interviews, tests, and research together with customers
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product owners and developers in a React/.NET environment
• Ensure consistent design, accessibility, and simplicity throughout the product
• Develop our design system and UX principles
• Participate in strategic product decisions from a user perspective

Who are you?

We believe that you:

• Have experience in UX/UI design for digital products or SaaS
• Are used to working user-centered and data-driven
• Can translate complex processes into simple, understandable flows
• Master tools like Figma or equivalent
• Enjoy collaborating closely with developers and customers
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

It is a merit if you have experience with HR systems, B2B SaaS, or work with accessibility and design systems.
