ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of technical support at our partner, you will work within a socially important operation, which means that your work truly contributes to a well-functioning society. We are looking for someone with an interest in technology who wants to help people with your knowledge.

Since your cases are directed towards internal support for colleagues without specialist IT knowledge, it is of utmost importance that you are pedagogical and show consideration for this as the cases vary in difficulty.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Handle cases over the phone and email
• Manage orders, such as permissions
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form as communication occurs in both languages
• Has a high school or post-secondary education in, for example, technology or has studied courses in technical areas at university
• Has previous experience in technical support using tools such as phone & email for at least one year
• Can and want to work on-site with our partner in Umeå, as no remote work is offered

It is advantageous if you have

• Several years of experience in similar work with technical support over the phone and email
• Knowledge of support systems for case management
• If you have a connection to or live in Umeå
