Scrum Master, Agile Working Method, Development

In your role as Scrum Master, we believe you have a great passion for agile development. You also have the ability to quickly understand various issues and see the big picture. Furthermore, you value and contribute to a positive, transparent, and inclusive collaborative climate within the teams.

Your responsibilities include

• working exclusively in agile teams with a strong focus on personal responsibility and a desire to continuously improve our operations
• coaching the team towards an effective working method
• ensuring that the team and stakeholders around the team work according to agile principles
• collaborating with various management functions to plan development work and visualize the team's progress
• being an important part of business development.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

• has a university degree or equivalent experiences and qualifications
• has at least 3 years of work experience as a Scrum Master
• acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• has a systematic and meticulous working method
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• has good communication skills, both spoken and written
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have

• certification as a Scrum Master
• experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• experience in driving products forward
• experience in software development.
