About the assignment

We are looking for an IT consultant for our client in Kungsbacka for a consulting assignment that starts immediately but no later than 2026-03-16 and lasts until 2027-05-31. The position is 100% and you will work during office hours at the client's office in Kungsbacka. Your main task is to ensure that technical issues are resolved quickly to minimize disruptions in operations. Support is provided both via phone, ticketing systems, and in-person meetings to guide users through troubleshooting and solutions.

Your tasks

The assignment includes delivering 1st line IT support to high school students as well as all users within the organization. Support for high school students will be provided on-site at the customer reception where students receive direct assistance with IT-related questions and problems. Support for the client's employees will be provided through: Remote support via phone, remote control, and ticketing systems. On-site support as needed in the client's other operations. The client has a dedicated Microsoft environment, so support primarily includes Windows and Microsoft 365. The assignment also includes basic support, troubleshooting, and repair of printers and AV equipment.

Your qualifications

• Experience providing IT support via phone.

• Practical experience providing IT support via remote control.

• Good ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Swedish.

• Practical experience managing support cases via ticketing systems.

• Completed high school education.

• Be responsible and punctual.

• Have a pronounced customer focus and excellent ability to meet customers professionally.

• Driving license B.

• Work according to the client's processes and methods.

• At least one (1) year of work experience in similar assignments, with at least six (6) months of experience providing support to youth, for example in school activities or equivalent.
