IT Support in Kungsbacka

We are looking for someone who wants to provide technical support and help users solve problems with computers, software, and networks in a professional and friendly environment at our client in Kungsbacka!

About the Role

You will be responsible for 1st line IT support for both students and employees at the client in Kungsbacka. As IT support, your task will be to quickly resolve technical issues and minimize downtime while creating a positive experience for users. You will primarily work in a Microsoft environment with Windows and Microsoft 365, and also provide basic support, troubleshooting, and repair of printers and AV equipment.

On-site support through customer reception at the school, providing direct assistance with IT-related questions and problems.

Support via phone, remote control, and ticket management system, as well as on-site when needed in other operations.

Practical Requirements

  • Experience in IT support, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to work with remote control, phone, and ticket management.
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting printers and AV equipment.
  • Flexibility to work both on-site and remotely as needed.
  • Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
  • Driver's license B.

The assignment's working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and will last until 2027-05-31, with the possibility of extension.
