We are looking for an Application Specialist for R7 E-archive

We are now seeking an engaged and structured Application Specialist for our operational area for a mission within R7 E-archive, based in the Department of Main Journal and Health Informatics in Halmstad or Varberg.

About the position

As an Application Specialist for E-archive R7, you will be part of the management of the archiving system together with other application specialists within the operational area. Your tasks include:

• Ensuring correct and traceable archiving of information
• Following laws, regulations, and internal guidelines for archiving
• Collaborating with core operations and other stakeholders
• Participating in projects and strategic assignments to develop archiving processes
• Acting as first-line support towards the central R7 management

The position will be located in the Department of Main Journal and Health Informatics in Halmstad or Varberg.

About us

IT and Digitalization in Region Halland consists of approximately 180 employees and three operational areas:

• Digitalization of healthcare
• Digitalization of support and regional development
• Information technology

The operational area of Digitalization of healthcare manages and develops information and applications at both strategic and operational levels. We work closely with the operations to ensure benefits and effects for users and residents. Today, we manage about 100 applications, with Cosmic being the main journal system.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience and knowledge in healthcare or relevant education
• Has an interest and preferably experience in training, communication, and documentation
• Has an easy time understanding the flows of healthcare
• Has experience in projects or improvement work (meritorious)
• Has good computer skills and preferably experience with MS Office

• Driven, engaged, and curious about developing both yourself and the organization
