At Laholmsbuktens VA, we create new and developing paths to water-smart solutions. We have a vital mission to supply people in our owner municipalities Halmstad and Laholm with clean drinking water. We also have a task to return treated wastewater to nature, free from toxins and pollutants, as sustainably as possible.

Your Responsibilities

Network (approx. 50%):

• Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
• Configuration of switches, firewalls, and other network equipment.
• Troubleshooting and optimization of network environments.
• Participation in the development and improvement of IT infrastructure.
• Documentation of network solutions.

Support (approx. 50%):

• User support at 1st and 2nd line.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and client environments.
• Installation and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Management of cases in the case management system.
• Support to the business in IT-related issues.

Your Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in IT/networking or equivalent experience.
• Experience in network operations and troubleshooting.
• Experience in IT support in user-facing environments.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Basic electrical knowledge is an advantage.
