We are now looking for an IT support technician for a public organization in Kungsbacka. The assignment combines student support at a high school with classic helpdesk for the organization's employees.

This is a role for you who thrive in a social and service-oriented environment where approach, clear communication, and solution focus are as important as technical competence.

About the assignment

You will work with 1st line support and be part of the IT support function. The role includes both:

• Onsite support via customer reception at the high school • Remote support via phone, remote control, and ticketing system • Support in the organization as needed

The environment is a pure Microsoft environment with a focus on Windows and Microsoft 365. The work also includes basic troubleshooting and support of printers and AV equipment.

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience in IT support via phone Practical experience in remote support Experience working in a ticketing system Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing At least 1 year of experience in similar assignments At least 6 months of experience providing support to youth (for example, in school activities or equivalent) Completed upper secondary education B driver's license

We also see that you are responsible, punctual, and have a clear customer focus. You easily adapt your approach to the target group and create security even in situations where the user is frustrated or uncertain.
