Do you want to work broadly with embedded development, close to both hardware and the finished product? We are currently looking for an Embedded Developer for our client in Halmstad, where you will help develop socially important and market-leading products used in municipal operations, home care, and residential facilities. ABOUT THE ROLE

The role involves broad technical responsibility where you work with C programming and firmware development close to the hardware. You will be involved from the early stages through feasibility studies and technical decisions, following the products all the way from development to the final solution. The work also includes production testing and troubleshooting, as well as further development and maintenance of existing products to ensure high quality, stability, and long lifespan of medical cabinets, key management systems, etc.

You will become part of a three-person embedded team that works broadly through the entire development chain and will collaborate with other teams to deliver a finished product.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Have a university or master's degree in computer science, software development, or an equivalent field.
• Have a few years of experience in embedded development.
• Have experience with C programming.
• Speak and write fluent Swedish, as the language is used in daily work.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in embedded development.
• Have experience in firmware development and hardware troubleshooting.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from both the client's side and ours is that you will subsequently be directly employed by them.
