Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00

About the position

You will work closely with users and be an important part of creating a stable and well-functioning IT environment. The role requires technical competence combined with a high level of service and the ability to handle users in various situations, especially high school students where pedagogical communication is crucial.

Your main responsibilities

Support for high school students via customer reception on-site at the municipality's high schools

Support for employees through:

• Remote support (phone, remote control, and ticket management system)
• Onsite support as needed in other operations

The environment is a pure Microsoft environment with a focus on:

• Windows
• Microsoft 365
• Basic troubleshooting of printers
• Support and troubleshooting of AV equipment

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in 1st line support who is comfortable working both independently and according to established processes.

Experience in:

• Remote support (phone, remote control, and ticket management system)
• Ticket management systems
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Completed high school education
• Driver's license (B)
• Ability to work according to established processes and methods
