IT Technician – Installer
We are looking for a driven network technician to join our team. Microtec assists customers with everything related to IT. The role involves managing our customers' firewalls and servers.
The position is heavily based on personal initiative and capability, as it involves a lot of individual responsibility.
The team is looking for a person with social and communicative skills, as we need to report and manage a significant amount of documentation. We maintain close relationships with our customers, which allows for frequent dialogue and a solution-oriented approach.
We would like you to be able to:
Understand network architecture physically/virtually. Understand firewalls such as Fortinet/PaloAlto/Cisco, etc. Some unifi solutions for smaller SMB customers.
Be responsible / enjoy solving problems.
Communicate via email / phone.
Fluent in English and very good Swedish.
Willing to learn new features/technologies as they emerge.
Contractual starting salary.
