Your responsibilities

  • Receive and resolve support cases via phone, email, and remote control
  • Install and manage client hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, printers, and other technical equipment
  • Create and administer user accounts
  • Install and configure software and applications
  • Document cases and solutions
  • Update records on current hardware/decommissioned hardware
  • Support and educate users in technology and systems

Your qualifications

You have a genuine interest in technology and enjoy developing, both individually and together with others.

A requirement is that you have at least a high school education, preferably with an IT focus. You have good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and experience with Office for Business, mobile phone management, and troubleshooting both hardware and software.

As a person, you are service-oriented, patient, and attentive. You enjoy being out in the operations, meeting people, and finding solutions that work in practice. You are communicative, take initiative, and make things happen. We place great importance on personal suitability. To succeed in the role, you need to have good social skills and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

A driving license (B) is required.
