About the position At Middlepoint, we are looking for a new service star to join our team! In this role, you will work as a customer host for our client in central Malmö. The role involves independent and operational overall responsibility for the office. You will work alone in this role and are expected to be self-sufficient, solution-oriented, and practical. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and makes things happen.

Your tasks will include:

  • Being a visible and accessible service function in the office

  • Ensuring that the office is welcoming, functional, and professional

  • Responsible for and following up on service issues related to the office

  • Maintaining ongoing contact with property owners and external suppliers

  • Coordinating purchases and orders

  • Contributing to a good work environment, safety, and well-being

  • Supporting meetings and office activities as needed

  • Handling simpler administrative tasks related to office operations

  • Proactively working on improvements in service and office experience

  • Conducting SBA rounds in the office

  • Providing support at the reception as needed

Who are you? To fit this role, we believe you are a service-oriented and outgoing person with experience in service-oriented roles. You are proactive, social, and enjoy daily contact with people. You have a good technical understanding, are solution-oriented, and take responsibility for getting things done. The role requires you to feel comfortable taking responsibility in an independent position.

Requirements for the position

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

  • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment

  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite

  • Completed high school education

  • Experience with AV equipment is a plus

About Employment Employment: Full-time 100%. Permanent with a 6-month probationary period. Start: April 1, 2026.
