Elite Hotels is now looking for a Regional Business Controller for the South region, and maybe that is you?

Elite is on an exciting journey of transformation towards an even more efficient and business-oriented finance function. Here you will have the opportunity to make a real impact. You will work closely with the operations, support hotel directors and the regional manager – and be that safe, analytical sounding board who can both calculate, understand, and challenge.

You will report to the Head of Group Business Control and be part of a controller team that spans the entire country. You will have ongoing dialogue and meet several times a year. The position is located in Skåne, where you will work with hotels in Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg.

This is a business-oriented role where you can use both your analytical skills and your business acumen.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be a business-oriented support to the regional manager and hotel directors in financial matters

• Be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up work for the hotels in the region

• Actively work in the governance and planning tool PMI and contribute to its effective implementation and use

• Prepare decision-making materials, follow up on results, and suggest improvements

• Contribute with analysis, business perspective, and the courage to speak your mind

• Collaborate with other Business Controllers, Finance Operations, and Revenue Managers

Who are you?

We believe you have 3–5 years of experience in business controlling or as a consultant from Big Four and thrive in a role where you can combine analysis with dialogue.

You are comfortable with numbers but even more comfortable in meetings with people. Personality is important here, and you dare to ask questions, challenge when necessary, and contribute new perspectives. At the same time, you are unpretentious and enjoy working together with others.
