We are now looking for engaged and reliable personal assistants who want to help create security, participation, and quality of life for our customers. With us, you will work closely with an individual (child or adult) who needs support in their daily life. The work is meaningful, varied, and requires both a sense of responsibility and a warm approach.

About the position

As a personal assistant, you will work in the customer's home and local environment. The tasks may include:

• Support in daily routines

• Personal care

• Communication and social support

• Activities and leisure

• Collaboration with relatives and colleagues

The work is always adapted to the customer's individual needs and wishes.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a respectful and professional demeanor

• Is attentive, secure, and responsible

• Can work independently but also collaborate when needed

• Has the ability to create structure and security in everyday life

Experience in personal assistance, caregiving, or working with children/adults with disabilities is an advantage but not always a requirement.

Conditions and requirements

• Working hours: Day / Evening / Weekend /

• Language skills: Swedish / English / Advantageous (Persian)

• Driver's license: B driver's license

• Other: A criminal record check may be required, especially when working with children
