Customer Service Officer/Receptionist Borås

Our task at Driver Testing is to conduct tests within the areas of driving licenses and professional traffic. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to ensuring that every customer feels welcome, receives clear information, and has the best conditions to demonstrate their skills.

The tasks vary, and you will rotate within the team throughout the day to perform different duties. In your daily work, you will meet many different customers, so greeting them and providing clear information are important parts of your job. At times, the work involves a fast pace, so you need to thrive in that as part of the job, and you will work according to a fixed schedule. You will work with:

• Reception duties
• Answering customer inquiries
• Administration of driving license photos in connection with driving tests and renewal of driving licenses
• Performing general office tasks

In this recruitment, web-based tests are used as part of the selection process.

Who are you?

You will be our face to the public and the first person our customers meet, so we see that you are a confident and service-oriented person who enjoys meeting new people. It is important that you are a communicative person, which means you convey messages clearly and respectfully and adapt your communication to the recipient. You have a positive attitude and are keen to contribute to good collaboration within the team. Additionally, you have a flexible and problem-solving approach and can easily adapt to new circumstances and situations, always with the customer's and organization's best interests in focus.

We are looking for someone who:

• has a high school education
• has several years of relevant work experience with physical customer interactions, such as in a reception/customer service/information desk with frequent customer contacts
• has good spoken Swedish skills
• has good written Swedish skills
• has good spoken English skills
• has good computer skills and is familiar with working in the Office suite
• has a driver's license for a manual transmission car
