For nearly 15 years, we have delivered innovative and scalable IoT solutions to customers worldwide. We are now continuing to grow in the Nordics and are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Site Acquisition Coordinator to join us on our journey.

About the role

We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with the business and technology in an operational and developmental role. As a Site Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying strategic locations and establishing collaborations with property owners for the placement of our IoT gateways on rooftops, buildings, and other suitable locations in Sweden and Denmark.

This role is perfect for someone who is junior or at the beginning of their career but has a clear ambition to grow long-term within sales, negotiation, and IoT.

Key responsibilities

• Proactive outreach to property owners, which means actively contacting, building relationships, and collaborating with property owners to sign lease agreements.
• Identify and map new potential sites for lease agreements.
• Coordinate installations with installers at new sites.
• Collaborate with internal resources for projects regarding coverage in the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Salesperson with a background in direct sales, such as telemarketing or door-to-door sales.
• Self-driven, forward-thinking, curious, communicative, and relationship-building
• Fluent in Danish and English, preferably also Swedish
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
