Career and Recruitment Partner in IT/Technology

We are looking for someone with experience in the recruitment/consulting industry who wants to continue developing in a broad role that combines client responsibility, recruitment, and consulting responsibility. Here, you will work as a Career and Recruitment Partner for experienced engineers in the IT/technology field. This is a relationship-building role, where you will be part of a knowledgeable team while having significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence your work!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Career and Recruitment Partner, you will work with the entire business cycle—from start to finish. You will build relationships with current candidates, base your work on the candidates' competencies, and match candidates with job opportunities at our clients. The role includes a wide range of tasks, and you have great opportunities to influence and shape your everyday life and development in the role! This is a new role and department at Framtiden, and you will join at an early stage and be part of the journey! We believe your experience and commitment will contribute to the continued development and success of the department!

Your Responsibilities

  • Searching for and prospecting high-interest candidates, as well as selection
  • Conducting interviews and quality assurance of candidates
  • Prospecting relevant clients primarily in the IT/technology field
  • Matching and presenting candidates to current contractual clients and new potential companies
  • Building and maintaining candidate networks and client relationships
  • Establishing agreements with clients and candidates
  • Onboarding consultants and following up during assignments with both clients and consultants.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with experience in the recruitment/consulting industry, either from sales, recruitment, or consulting responsibility. If you have experience from a 360-degree role, even better!

You are relationship-building, communicative, and business-minded. You thrive in working with freedom under responsibility and actively drive your own development! You take ownership of your work and are eager to motivate your surroundings to succeed together!

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in the recruitment/consulting industry
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

  • Experience in proactive sales
  • Experience in recruitment or a 360-degree role
  • Experience in the IT/Technology field
