We are now looking for a driven, business-oriented, and self-sufficient Sales Executive who wants to take significant commercial responsibility, build structure, and help shape Qubit's continued growth. The role suits you if you have a few years of experience in B2B sales and want to step in when the journey accelerates - not when everything is already built. For the right person, there is a clear and realistic development path towards Head of Sales.

You will step into a situation where both the CEO and co-owner have strong commercial competence and extensive experience in successful B2B sales. This means you will be part of an experienced, entrepreneurial team where you will receive sharp support and excellent development opportunities. About the role

As a Sales Executive, you will drive outbound sales and build a scalable pipeline within key segments such as greentech, energy, industry, and real estate. You will play a central role in developing Qubit's market presence.

You will:

  • Drive 80-100% outbound efforts - a pure hunter role.
  • Create, qualify, and develop pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Understand customers' business models and connect Qubit's IoT solutions to their use cases.
  • Communicate technically complex services clearly, commercially, and pedagogically.
  • Work closely with the CEO and contribute to developing sales processes, segmentation, and GTM strategy.
  • Eventually be involved in building (and recruiting for) a future sales team.

Who are you?

You likely have had 2-3 previous B2B sales roles and now want to take the next step in responsibility, influence, and development.

  • Responsible, self-sufficient, and action-oriented.
  • Driven by pace, structured, and experienced in outbound prospecting.
  • Unpretentious, curious, and technically interested.
  • Comfortable in dialogue with decision-makers and skilled at explaining complex solutions.
  • Solution-oriented with good business acumen and a natural focus on results.
  • Experienced in technology, SaaS, IoT, telecom, or other complex service sales (preferable but not required).
  • Used to building pipeline and thriving in a pure hunter environment.
  • Ambitious and sees a future leadership role as part of your career.
