We are going to create regular guests! And when we sell meeting experiences for groups of up to several hundred people, we also have several hundred chances to do just that. But it starts with you, the one who receives the first call from the customer, and we are now looking for a business-driven, proactive inside salesperson for our sales team in Gothenburg.

About the position as Inside Sales RepresentativeAs an inside salesperson, or Client Success Agent (CSA), at ESS Sales, you have a central role in B2B sales for all of ESS Group's destinations. You handle both incoming and outgoing business for your assigned destination and work every day to create world-class meeting experiences.
We are a dedicated sales team of over 20 people who work structured, quickly, and with an innovative, solution-oriented mindset, because our first answer is never no. The role involves both great independence and close collaboration, both with your immediate team and especially with colleagues at our destinations, as every deal you make affects their operations, guests, and long-term results.
Your main responsibilities:Handle daily incoming inquiries via phone and email, conduct needs analysis, create quotes, and drive the business to completion.
Work according to our internal procedures (SOP) and ensure a seamless handover to our local teams at the destination.
Drive proactive sales through outgoing calls and strategic work towards both new and existing customers.
Actively work towards clear sales goals and KPIs.
Ensure a high hit rate through continuous improvement of work methods, structure, and customer dialogue.
We are looking for someone who is confident, experienced, and enjoys owning the entire sales process. You already have experience in B2B sales and are used to working independently in a fast-paced environment where quality demands are even higher. Despite your experience, you have a hunger and drive to sharpen your skills and improve every day.
You are also a relationship-building service professional who knows how to close deals, both over the phone and in writing. You have structure, drive, and a strong ability to prioritize, even when the volume is high.

We believe that you will succeed best if you:Have several years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
Have experience working towards clear goals and delivering results - you love to win!
Are confident in handling many parallel deals and systems at the same time.
Love the phone as a tool and create energy in every customer contact.
Have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (preferably also Danish and Norwegian).
Are unpretentious, self-driven, and thrive in teams where you support each other.
Possess a natural confidence and maturity in your professional demeanor; you know how to build trust with both customers and colleagues.

In this role, you will receive clear goal management but freedom in how you achieve it, as long as you do. You will also receive continuous coaching in your sales from our own sales trainer Viktor. But above all, you will be part of selling the coolest and most innovative meeting experiences in the Nordics.
